ABOUT THE TUSCAN RETREAT 2023
I am happy to report that the Release and Reveal your Visible Voice Retreat in Tuscany, Italy in August 2023 was a wonderful experience! Although the weather was unusually hot – 38 C degrees some days! – we had a beautiful, air-conditioned studio with gorgeous views of the Tuscan hills to work in, and a refreshing, glistening swimming pool in which to relax and cool off! An intimate group of six, everyone became fast friends. A lovely combination of work and play!
Italy 2023
The week was jam-packed with a wine tour, a walk to the ancient town of Trequanda, swimming, chatting, a trip to Pienza, and wonderful daily traditional Tuscan meals while participants also experienced a good introduction to the exploration of their own authentic voice.

France 2024
I am thrilled to announce that next year’s European workshop retreat will have slightly extended workshop hours so we can really dive into the fun of releasing physical and vocal stress and embrace the embodiment of sound and movement more fully while still enjoying time to relax and enjoy the beauty of the French countryside! The retreat will be held in the Fall of 2024 at an idyllic and intimate centre in Southern France. There will be a day off for sightseeing and shopping and lots of time to wander the grounds of the centre.
